The nonprofit York Manor Improvement Association, Inc. operates under the Laws of the State of Maryland. This is a non-political and non-sectarian organization. 

The purpose of the York Manor Improvement Association is to promote friendly relations among the members, to provide for an exchange of ideas and discussions of the various problems that confront them, and to bond them together for their mutual interest.
