We welcome two new members to the Board, Scott Greatorex and Dr. LaTanya Townsend. Both are actively engaged and have taken on projects as new members. As a Board and community we are thrilled to have them!

We are making plans for upcoming activities for the community including Halloween and Santa’s arrival on the firetruck this holiday season! Other activities include wreath hanging and the new trees being planted in many residences through the Blue Water Tree Program! Due to the severe storms in the last few months, homeowners lost many trees and are looking forward to their replacements. Thank you Scott Greatorex for being our “Steward” for this project. Volunteers are welcome to assist with community planning efforts and execution, for these as well as other activities we would like to plan.
York Manor, “A beautiful community to live in” website www.yorkmanor.net has been launched! A tremendous effort was made to create a website to keep everyone informed within our community, and with the broader community with which we live. We encourage everyone to use this site as an opportunity to digitally stay engaged! We have a beautiful, walkable safe community with great neighbors. Let’s celebrate the community where we live!

As the Fall and Winter weather approaches, please plan accordingly for leaf and storm drain clean-up, and snow removal. Considering an exterior project for your home? Please remember that any exterior changes to your property must be approved in advance by the Board. The community covenants require that you complete a property improvement form and notify your neighbors in advance, then submit it to the Board for the approval to proceed. This is required prior to initiating a project. The form is available in paper format and on our website.

Please join us! The Board meets on Zoom, the second Tuesday of the month, at 7:30 pm. All neighbors are welcome to attend!
